I highly recommend using this company to plan your tour in Japan. I was on a long layover in Tokyo with my family for ten hours and planned to meet up with a friend who lives in Japan. I normally plan my own tours when I travel, but I decided I wanted to just enjoy the time being with my family and friends with no worries, and I’m glad I made that decision. It was stress free the whole time.

Our customer service representative, Tony, responded to my emails promptly. An email reminder was sent from the company when it was time to make a deposit and complete payment. It was an easy process. We were paired with our tour guide, Fumi.

Fumi contacted me by email right away. She was so pleasant to work with and made a customized tour for us based on what we wanted to do there and made recommendations for us on where to eat. She gave us several options for the tour as well to gauge how we wanted to spend our time. She coordinated the meet up place with my friend who lived in Japan as well. We had a large van with ample room for our luggages and our group. Our driver was attentive and accommodating as well. Fumi kept us on point with timing, made reservations for our dinner and sent links to help me coordinate reservations for the museum we went to. She also took photos for us during the entire tour and walked us to our departure desk once the tour was over. It was a seamless experience from start to finish, and I am happy that we chose this company. I could relax during the tour and focus on the time with my family and friends. It was worth the money we spent to have a hassle free and memorable time. I highly recommend using them to plan your tour in Japan.
