Toshio was fantastic! He was able to pick us up from the airport, pick us up from the hotel, and even fully explained local currency! Additionally, he provided us with water and delicious lemon pocky sticks! So good, that I ended up buying a bunch and brought them home with me to give to friends and family. We chose to do a Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour which included shrine visits and an hour long private hot spring bath. It was amazing! Highly recommend!
