My tour guide Sophia was incredibly helpful and patient, and the entire experience was quite fulfilling. As a first-time visitor to Japan, I’ve got plenty of questions and a lot of sights I want to see during my nine-hour layover in Osaka. I was able to see locations that my limited time permitted thanks to my tour guide Sophia. Being able to go places without worrying about getting lost and losing time was the nicest part of having a useful guide. Sophia was incredibly informed and educated about everything, even the random questions I asked her, during our well-planned tour. What I value most is how my tour guide customized our entire itinerary to include the locations I wanted to see. She asked me to choose, and I really appreciate that. She has also been really kind and accommodating throughout.
